Meet the Team at PHS Maxitech IT and Computer Recycling

Thuraisha Naidoo – Key Account Manager

Thuraisha has worked at Maxitech since 2006. Over that time she has gained vast experience in sales while managing the inbound sales team. Thuraisha now manages the National Accounts and is working with charities such as Age Concern London. “I am delighted to help companies put their old unwanted IT equipment back into the community. I ensure that organisations benefit their Corporate Social Responsibility and gain positive PR by working with PHS Maxitech.”

Marcos Gomes Da Silva – Operations Manager

Marcos has been working at PHS Maxitech since January 2005. He started as a trainee doing a voluntary work placement, then became the IT production manager, responsible for the processing of the IT equipment. Marcos is now responsible for Maxitech’s operations which involves the IT Production, Logistics, Warehousing and Administration. He is also responsible for PHS Maxitech Health and Safety and holds 2 IOSH certifications.
Marcos has a BSC in Computer Science and worked for Sao Paulo biggest Electricity supplier for 13 years.

Svetlozar Kanev – Sales Manager

Svetlozar joined PHS Maxitech in 2005 as an IT Trainee. He is currently the Sales Manager who overlooks the outbound and inbound sales teams. Svetlozar ensures that specialist equipment is reconditioned and remarketed on the secondary IT market. The responsibility of the outbound team is to assure our private and public sector clients that their redundant IT equipment is recycled or re-used hence complying with our 0% landfill policy and WEEE directive.

Agata Porzorska – Warehouse Manager

Agata has joined PHS Maxitech in 2006 as a Logistics Administrator, whereby she assisted the Business Development team in arranging the collections. Agata was then promoted to Warehouse Manager in 2007 and now manages a team of 4 warehouse operatives as well as the Logistics Department. Her role is vital in ensuring that Maxitech offers a commendable collection and delivery service.

Manish Madhoo – Senior Account Manager

Manish joined PHS Maxitech in 2006 and offers corporate clients an exemplary way to dispose of their redundant IT equipment in a Secure, Environmental and Ethical way. He manages most of our prestigious government accounts and whilst improving their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) he ensures UK charities are benefiting. “We offer solutions based on individual requirements and often due to lack of storage, security and quantities, finding custom made solutions work best.”
